Why does Coconut Lab offer this membership plan?
The key reason is predictability, for both our clients and ourselves. Over the years, we’ve mainly worked on a “Project Basis” or “Per Hour Rate”, and both have its shortcomings.
Working with over 30+ client teams, we understand the challenges our clients face to predict workload and priorities. To work on a “Project Basis” means we need to scope out the project, negotiate, getting quotations and spend approvals, which can get lengthy and painful. On the other hand, on-demand tasks such as designing a new banner or updating the meta could be costly on an “Hourly Rate”. Dedicating a headcount might not make sense when different requests might require a different skillset.
With our membership plan, clients are assured that have access to our full 20+ team members with different expertise, all at flexible pricing options. We believe this gives our client a peace of mind, and for Coconut Lab, ongoing sustainability.
How many requests do I get?
You can put up as many work requests as you like in Trello (our preferred project management tool). You do need to prioritize the tasks (The higher the card, the more urgent the task is). Coconut Lab will only be working on 1 request at any given time and will move on to the next request once the current request is completed.
How is the onboarding process like?
Once you have subscribed to our service, we will have an account manager assigned to you.
You will be invited to our Trello board where you can start creating requests by adding new Trello cards, prioritize the important requestss, and we will start working on them accordingly.
For effective communication, we will invite you to our Slack channel where you can communitcate with our project manager and/or team.
What if I need to work on 2 or more requests at any given time?
Clients can purchase more than 1 membership plan if they require 2 or more concurrent work requests.
What if I don’t like the deliverable?
We will keep revising until you are 100% satisfied. To avoid disappointment, our account managers are trained to ensure we understand your requests before we commence work.
How fast can Coconut Lab deliver a request?
This really depends on the requested scope of work. For instance, we will expect 1-3 business day turnover for banner design or single-page website UI development.
Are there any refund policies?
We currently do not offer any refunds.
